Hydrosealer Exterior Primer also binds chalky and worn surfaces, and resists checking and cracking over bare exterior masonry and wood. Hydrosealer Exterior Primer is moisture and mildew resistant, dries fast, with excellent hide and leveling. Highly alkali resistant and may be applied at temperatures as low as 35°F, to extend the painting day.

Gripper primer is also available in grey for deep colors, which can reduce the number of topcoats required to match the desired color chip and reduce costs and paint required.
